Privacy and Protection were the drivers for the Greene County Courts system seeking out a perimeter fencing solution. They needed a site obscuring visual screen to protect the privacy and security of their judges. Essex fence by BASTEEL Perimeter Systems was the answer, utilizing existing masonry columns to preserve the aesthetic of the building. This vertical style assembles pickets on just one side of the horizontal rail and inverting every other picket, creating a solid visual block. Featured here in our Cinder Black, the final look is clean and crisp. The design incorporated a BASTEEL Series 4000 Cantilever Gate for vehicular access, as well as personnel man gates with card readers and panic bars for pedestrian access. Performance is crucial for a project such as this. This BASTEEL Essex Fence is engineered and manufactured with a multi-step process to ensure durability over the test of time, solving the issues of rust, corrosion, and deterioration that many other fence systems will ultimately have.
